- $300 per month, if you prepay one year in advance you get 20% off.

- Minimum 3 month then month to month

- Yes and a coin op laundry
- What are the hours?
Access is 24hrs 7 days a week
- What are the non permitted use's?
Anything that causes excessive noise or noise to escape the unit. Anything that is against the law or the city of Seattle Zoning code does not allow.
- How do people use the units and who are the other tenants?
Storage for household items and small business's, art and hobby space, motorcycle/furniture repair, little league equipment storage.
- What are the payment options?
We accept credit cards and eft thru a checking account only.
